Pioneers of this rap ish De La Soul return with their 10th album, a collaborative effort with Nike entitle "Are You In" available exclusively through itunes. The album is a 44 minute continuous album that was designed to be the sound trak that takes you through a complete workout. "Are You In" features Raheem Devaughn and production from Chicago based dj's and producers Flosstradomas. Don't sleep!!
