Taka Hayashi a self taught painter, illustrator and graphic designer from Japan, migrated to the U.S., Santa Monica to be exact during the early 80's. The skateboarding scene had a huge impact on his life and work and what you see above are a collab with Vans that is sure to be a highly sought after item in 2009.
