In the last three years or so I've been all about being as healthy as I can be to help me to be able to achieve goals I've set for myself. That being said I bought a fixed gear bike and ride it any chance I can. The Mash SF guys are definitly on top of the game when it comes to riding and capatilizing on their popularity while still remaining authintic.. Much respect to the Mash SF crew and all the fixed and single speed riders...(Not the stuck up snobs though)
